TERRIFIC HAND RAIL MAKES GETTING IN AND OUT OF POOL EASY ESPECIALLY OLDER PEOPLE.GREAT FINISH GREAT SERVICE FAST DELIVERY THANKS. ONLY PROBLEM I FOUND WAS WHEN I PULL THE POOL BLANKET OVER POOL IS A BIT OF TROUBLE GETTING UNDER RAIL NEEDS TWO PEOPLE AND A POLE .

The product was very good...once it got here, though you did try to get me to pay for delivery from Port Macquarie to Tamworth, as apparently Aramex don't go to Tamworth, This is regardless of the very plainly stated "Free delivery anywhere in Australia" prominently displayed on my invoice. Thankfully you did as you promised, even if it took much longer. The product arrived very securely wrapped and in wonderful condition. The only thing I would say is that I ground the corners and edges of the mounting plate as they were very sharp and you could just envision an accidental nasty cut happening. Apart from that, excellent product and service, the clients were rapt.
